Tesla North first reported the price from a Starlink email on October 2, 2026 (Tesla North), and the Mobile Internet Resource Center called it the lowest outright price it had seen, $50 below Starlink’s previous $199 direct price (MIRC, October 6, 2026). MIRC and Notebookcheck report a 12-month installment option of $12.41 a month at 0% APR; check the order page (Notebookcheck). Notebookcheck also says $20 shipping still applies. As of MIRC’s October 6 report, major third-party retailers were still listing the Mini at $249. A service plan is required.
